guidelines will help individuals evaluate what to look for
when shopping for dressings. Simple, easy-to-follow
recipes for salad dressings will be shared and
demonstrated so that individuals can make their own
salad dressings from scratch.
This is a 60- minute workshop that provides participants with a
framework for meal planning so that they can enjoy a
whole foods diet without spending all their time in the
