Meal Preparation for Busy People

This is a 60- minute workshop that provides participants with a
framework for meal planning so that they can enjoy a
whole foods diet without spending all their time in the
kitchen. Participants will receive time saving tips for
shopping and cooking shortcuts to prepare for a week
of quick breakfasts, lunches and snack possibilities as
well as dinner ideas to last the entire week.
