Acudetox significantly reduces cravings for alcohol and drugs, withdrawal symptoms, relapse, inpatient admissions, anxiety, stress, insomnia and agitation.
The treatment itself consists of five tiny needles placed in each ear. The patient sits quietly (many people become so relaxed that they fall asleep during the treatment) for 45 minutes with the needles in. There is no lengthy intake, no need to get undressed, and the treatment can be given to large groups of people simultaneously.
